Nice 3 bedroom apartment located on the top floor with all you need for a peaceful and memorable holiday, quiet, sunny and comfortable. The perfect option for those looking for a quiet holiday or romantic retreat, but still very close to Son Bou main area with restaurants and stores.

Open plan dining & kitchen area with 3 comfortable bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 guests. The apartment has one full bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Two community pools and 2 restaurants are located 50-70 meters away from the apartment (photos available). The noise from the pools is not a handicap for this unit as it is for other ones closer to the communal areas. One of the pools has a water slide where your kids will love to be all day long.

You can eat outside or just sit for a calming break from the excitement of the day at the beach. Nice views from the terrace of the beach and the surrounding natural area with its protected natural meadow and the well maintained gardens of the complex.

Street parking is easy in front of the apartment. There is also a terrace on the back of the property, perfect for reading and siesta. .

This is one of the best apartments in the complex. It is located in a corner so it is brighter and very quiet. It has also views of the see. Walking distance to the beach.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION

Residential community: SON BOU Town: ALAIOR Son Bou is roughly half way along the south coast of the Spanish Balearic island of Menorca, 21km (13 miles) west of Mao and the Menorca Airport. Son Bou is famous for its beach, certainly the biggest and arguably the best on the island. Historical traces include the scant remains of a paleo-Christian church, believed to date from the fifth century.

By contrast with the cosy ‘cales' beaches to be found elsewhere on Menorca, Son Bou beach is long and straight, the main part of which stretches for around 2.5km (1.5 miles).

The pale golden sands are also relatively wide coming back some 40m (44 yards) inland from the water's edge. Behind the beach are dunes and freshwater reed beds that attract migrating birds. Just off the Alaior-Son Bou road is the prehistoric talayotic village of Torre d'en Gaumes. This is one of the largest examples of its kind on Menorca.

Son Bou is a residential community that belongs to the town of Alaior which is the next biggest town located only 5 min drive away. In Alaior you can find more variety of supermarkets, stores, old movie theater, more pharmacies and a primary medical center. Mao the capital of Menorca is 20 min drive away. The property is 15 min walk to Son Bou beach, the largest and whitest in Menorca.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION & DISTANCES& DISTANCES

There is an efficient regular bus passenger service all over the major towns in the island. You can also use the Taxi service or you can rent a car at the airport or in Son Bou. We encourage you to explore the island so therefore a car is well needed to explore our hidden treasures.

The Airport and Mao (the capital of the island) are located 19-20 Km away from the property. From the Airport there is only one bus route to Mao, the capital. It takes 10 to 15 minutes and it cost around €1.5. Then from Mao bust stop station you can take a bus to Son Bou. It takes about 35 to 45 minutes and it costs around € 3.5 Alaior, the next biggest town is located 7 Km away from the property. There are 3 bus stops in residential community of Son Bou. The one closer to the apartment is Son Bou Club San Jaime. It will take you to Alaior in 10-15 minutes. From Alaior you can take any other buses to all other major destinations.
